Well ,There are 9 main areas where your skills in translation will help you to build a career in translation.
They are (1) in global oganisations like WHO ,UNICEF, ... an international organisation will have many official languages like Arabic,Chinese, German,English, French ,Russian ,Japanese etc..-translation of documents from English and into English , interpretation are the two thrust areas of job oppurtinites here(2) copywriting in advertisements / description of products is another area.(3)as cultural adviser for international organisations( face to face communication,report writing, situation analysis ) (4) as event coordinators in international meetings and functions (5) as travel operator/ guide (6)as social media analyst /transalator/copywriter (7) as game tester- proofreading texts provided with games looking for cultural sensitivity and technology bugs (8) sign language interpreters -to help differently abled persons (9) bilingual translators
